Charles was an excellent salesman, easy to talk to and knew his products and worked with us to make a quote manageable. Was told 6-8 weeks with the pandemic, but was messaged at just over 2 to say they were in stock (a little hiccup in customs made it 3 and a bit weeks). Was scheduled in asap and the installation for 10 windows was done in an hour. Colours match well with the home, neat finish, and smooth aesthetics. Just gotta get rid of the old ones now! Thanks!
